  • It is recommended to arrive at the meeting place in advance. If you are running late, contact the tour guide using the provided contact details to inquire about possible options for waiting or rescheduling the tour.

  • On the tour page, you will find recommendations and a list of suggested items or equipment. Typically, this includes comfortable shoes, sun protection, a camera, and additional money for extra expenses.

  • We value your feedback! After completing the tour, you will have the opportunity to leave a review of your experience. You can share your impressions, talk about the pros and cons, and help other travelers make the right choice.

  • If you need to delete your account from the system, you must fill out the feedback form on the contacts page https://mapster.ge/contacts, leaving your email in the comments, which was registered for the account, and the reason for deleting the account. We will contact you via email and proceed to delete your account from the system. After this action, you won't have the ability to log in as your account will no longer exist.

  • When deleting your account, we do not retain any of your data. The account is deleted along with all information and data.
